B&B Hotel Como City Center

Helpful staff, ideal if you're navigating Como's bustling streets.

The service was very good with parking on-site. In general the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive.

The room was clean but could use some refreshing, like a fresh coat of paint. I appreciated the nice common space with a microwave and the option for tea or coffee in the breakfast room during the evening. The location was quite handy, being close to the old town and just a short walk to the lake. I had a good experience overall, especially since I was able to easily explore the nearby attractions like the Civic Art Gallery and the Volta Temple.

The breakfast was very good also the staff. It also took 5 minutes to get to town and 10 minutes to the lake.

The hotel is currently being renovated and we like it more and more. Hopefully the prices will not be increased, because the price-performance ratio is excellent! Breakfast is simple, but there is something for everyone. That's all it takes, quite simply. The location is very good not far from the station. It is only a few minutes' walk to the (old) town. I'd be glad to come again.

The environment directly around the hotel is not very attractive.

Unbelievable! Upon arrival, front desk staff were too busy chitchatting to even acknowledge my presence. I expected a warm welcome, but no! The odor in the room was unbearable. Absolutely unacceptable. A complimentary bottle of wine would have been a nice touch after that experience, but i guess that was too much to ask. So dissapointing.

The location is really good & central. You have shopping facilities & the train station is also nearby.

It was my second time in the hotel & the breakfast buffet has decreased quite a bit. The tables were dirty, were not wiped & it looks pretty sterile. You don't feel comfortable. Is probably because of what is still being rebuilt.

Ope, just gotta say the staff here were so nice-especially Imaan, she really knows her stuff! Breakfast was tasty with a good selection. The location's prime too, just a hop to the train and the lake. Only downside was the traffic noise at night. It was a solid stay!

We were on a cycling holiday. We found the staff very freindly and helpful.

Staff with really good local knowledge

The front desk staff provided invaluable tips on local attractions and dining. The maps they handed out led me to hidden gems around Como.

Unfortunately, the shower in my room was rather cramped. The coffee offered during breakfast could certainly use improvement, as it didn't meet the high standards expected in Italy.

The bed mattress was not even. I did not have a good sleep.

Breakfast is very good with variety of cheese and other stuff.
